Vision

We are dedicated to open up opportunities for our members to train important social skills and to gain job-relevant practical experiences besides their studies. We want them to leave university as self-confident, responsible and competent graduates, to become successful in their career.

In consulting projects, we have the possibility to put our academical knowledge to practical use already during our studies. We learn and improve important competencies for our future working life in projects, internal trainings and our internal work.

Our claim is thereby to contribute signifcantly with a high quality and innovative consultation to the completion of the respective challenges of our clients and to sustainably help them to improve.

In by now 9 years of successful consulting, we became the largest student initiative at the Viadrina with more than 100 members and built up a versatile client basis. Numerous alumni of the VCG successfully entered into their professional life in the free economy, public institutions and nonprofit organizations.
We want to pursue the good work of the previous years and continue to serve as a connection between university and companies.
