Internal Work

All members are part of one of our four departments Strategy, Quality Management, Marketing and Information Technologies and work on that department's respective responsibilities. Among these are topics such as projekt acquisition, attendance to external contacts, human ressources, knowledge management, marketing and event management, to name a few (find more under structure).

So already in our internal work, members can make some first practical experiences, as the VCG with its over 100 members works in many areas like a small company itself. Committed members have the opportunity to take over responsibility for a single topic, or they candidate as department leader or for a position in our executive board.
