Internal structure

The Viadrina Consulting Group e.V. is a registered organization, directed by our executive board. We are structured in the four departments Strategy, Quality Management (QM), Marketing and Information Technologies (IT), which handle most of the internal work load. The cross departmental Middle and Eastern Europe group (MOE) is responsible for our activities in Middle and Eastern Europe. The department leaders and the MOE Coordinator support the board in its work.
Furthermore, the Curatorship and dedicated alumni advise the board in critical decisions.
