• Markt Analysis for IMF Technologies GmbH, Frankfurt (Oder)
  This project’s aim was to identify possible market opportunities for a new telemetrics product developed by a network of firms around IMF Technologies GmbH. Viadrina Consultants studied different areas, e.g. human and veterinary applications as well as professional sports. The collected data helped the customer make vital decisions for the subsequent product development process.
  A second project consisted of the search for a strategic business partner in Poland. Viadrina Consultants could help their client to enter this fast growing market.
• Marketing Strategy and the Organization of a Trade Show Booth for Dartom – Windows and Doors, Slubice/, Poland
  This Polish marketer of windows and doors seeked to enter the neighbouring German market. As a first step Viadrina Consultants helped organise Dartom’s presentation at the Frankfurt (Oder) Construction Show. Subsequently the companies web site was translated into German and a marketing strategy for the East German market was developed.
• Controlling, Accounting, Marketing for Alpha Microelectronics GmbH, Frankfurt (Oder)
  The first part of the project consited in rolling out an enterprise resource planning (ERP) software. Viadrina Consultants developed a serial number key, modeled business processes and set up the package. A subsequent two month test run was also monitored by Viadrina Consulting Group e.V. members.
  In addition to this, Viadrina Consultants standardised the customer’s corporate design from business card to web site.
