Knowledge Transfer

The VCG lives from the exchange of knowledge and experiences between members. To ensure this, we offer various internal trainings, in which experienced members train newer ones in project relevant competencies and methodologies. This offering of trainings contributes significantly to the constantly high quality of our consulting projects, which otherwise, due to the high fluctuation of a student initiative, would not be possible to maintain.

Our trainings cover various topics, such as presentation techniques, project management, moderation and case study workshops, to mention a few. These are further complemented by trainings and workshops offered by alumni.

Depending on the availability of the respective speakers, trainings take place during the semester, on our trainings weekend and during the JCNetwork- Days. The later are a conjoint trainings weekend of our Germany-wide network JCNetwork. Both weekends take place once per semester - the VCG trainings weekend usually in Poland and the JCNetwork-Days with our respective organizing partner association.
