Commitment

As alumni, former members can continue their commitment for the VCG - just in a different role. By doing so, they make an essential contribution to the continuity of our work and help to keep and increase the quality level of our consulting projects. Alumni show commitment in the following fields:

• As counsel, alumni are giving advise to the executive board in concrete challenges they face in their work, iniating new dynamics with their ideas, as well as moderating workshops of the executive board, e.g. during their planning weekend
• As speaker in trainings and workshops, e.g. during our training weekend, alumni convey practise relevant knowledge and competences to our members
• As project mentor, alumni discuss with a project team its approach and (intermediary) results
• Through announcing internships on the VCG board, alumni help members to gain practise experiences
• Through donating equipment or money
