Consulting Projects

We consult our clients in a variety of entrepreneurial challenges, reaching from market analysis over process optimization to organizational and strategic questions. We are using thereby current academic knowledge and our experiences from previous projects, to find a pragmatic and enduring solution that fits best the needs of your organization.

Our client base is as versatile as our consulting services: Besides smaller and medium sized companies from the region Berlin-Brandenburg, we also consult foreign companies and international corporations; furthermore, we consult public institutions, chambers of industry and commerce and in pro bono projects nonprofit organizations.

In conducting our projects, we distinguish ourselves through innovation, multidisciplinarity and creativity. We can also score with our competence for Eastern Europe when working on transboundary projects, such as market entry studies or near-shoring projects. As we are situated at the German-Polish border and because of the high internationality of our members, we convey over significant knowledge about Eastern European markets, market participants and languages.
